   My theory: You know how Madara and Kakashi show signs of time jutsus? Kakashi is able to send someone into a different dimension and Madara can like stop time for a sec and dodge an attack? Well Danzo seems to have some sort of time powers, maybe he is able to restore himself to a previous time? Sorta like system restore on a pc lol

11. If Itachi does system restore, then did Nagato reformat the village?
    
    I mean think about it.
    
    1. Nagato & Friends destroy village.
    2. Nagato kills a shitton of people.
    (1 & 2 are like death to the HDD)
    3. Nagato brings village & villagers/ninjas back.
    4. Yamato rebulids village.
    (Re-install Windows)
    5. In the end, like all reformat jobs, nobody seems to ever backup anything so we still have to lose something!
    (Jiraiya is still dead, lol)
    6. Village is back to normal.
    (Computer is at "100%" again)

    well i was thinking Danzo has system restore powers but Itachi having them would also explain his appearance.
