It wasn't all in the manga but I actually quite enjoyed the episode. The general filler was done pretty well. Good animation, good storyline and a reasonably good couple of fight scenes.
I love Suigetsu, he is my fabourite character out of Sasuke's group. He didn't have a long enough introduction in the manga, so I was really happy with this episode.

Haha yeah I did, my account stops being free today so I didn't see why I shouldn't

Holy crap... this episode was literally Chapter 347 w/ unneeded filler. In the manga, Zabuza's sword was at his grave.

The only reason they removed it was so Suigetsu could destroy the castle it was in. Way to go, Pierrot. Putting filler in my canon episodes...

It's ridiculous the amount of filler they feel they need to put into canon episodes.
Someone needs to tell them to stop, seriously.

My observation..., Pierrot is really good at mocking viewers.. Geez! they are ruining Kishimoto's work. And Kishimoto doesn't file a lawsuit against this crappy studio. (Ohh.. I wish he will.. *shivErs*) So, they can't stop putting/inserting theses ridiculous fillers in shippuden

Sasuke tests Suigetsu's power is a normal deed when finding new members or team. He needs to have worthy followers after his last Team:Team 7. Who cn help hi a lot in his goal

ok ppl enough chit-chat. time to get down to business. what im saying is we should discuss the real issue at hand. Of course, i am talking about whether or not Suigetsu is on steroids....

It's one of his abilities. I had to watch the episode again to notice that he actually did that. Sasuke even asked Suigutsu in the manga if he could even hold the sword, and now we know he's doing it because of the swords weight.
