5. No post whores. Anybody who's out for the highest post count ever can stop now. Getting a higher rank only means you've either been around for a while, or you're probably a attention whore. A higher rank will NOT give you any special privileges on Naruto411. They are just names and thats it. And remember... we can change post counts too.
