My prediction is that Madara comes back, and rescues Sasuke from Kakashi, who is obviously pwning his emo ass. (Is anyone else a little annoyed about how we still haven't seen his full face? I am...). He says Sasuke must become strong to fight Naruto, he now has a new goal, blah blah blah.

I think it'll turn into a 2 on 2, in which case, Kakashi and Naruto will "win". I quote "win" because I think Madara and Sasuke will basically just run.

First of all, Kakashi was never declared the Hokage. He has been nominated, but never actually became the Hokage. It's like saying John McCain became president, even though Barrack Obama won already. As of now, Danzo is dead. Therefore as of now, Konoha has no hokage. Similar to the case with the 4th, I'm sure that automatically makes Tsunade the hokage again and/or a new one will need to chosen. Remember, even though Kakashi has been nominated, it doesn't automatically make him Hokage. And since Tsunade is in a coma, it's possible that they will have to re-select a new one.

As for the Kakashi & Sasuke fight, Naruto is so going to break it up. I can't see the fight ending with one of them going down. It's obviously going be:

A. Sasuke retreats, or Mandara breaks it up, and retreats with Sasuke.
B. Naruto breaks it up. Has a predictable conversation with Sasuke.

We all know Naruto & Sasuke will have to fight eventually. Mandara said it himself. The battle is inevitable.

Yeah, but Madara knows that Sasuke is in no condition to beat Naruto at the moment. I seriously think it'll be a brief 2-on-2 scuffle with no real victor. I'm curious as to how they are going to change their policy in handling Sasuke, though. Tsunade is still in a coma. Danzou is dead. If Kakashi is going to be the next Hokage, he can't constantly leave the village.

The village will have to regroup. So I'm guessing everybody will head back there, and Sasuke will just eventually attack.

Kakashi was nominated by all of the other kages... so I guess he is Hokage. And... I guess Madara ALWAYS saves the day. It's getting kinda boring.

@Secrium yeah, I think she wanted to join him and all and wait a good opportunity to kill him... or not. Maybe she just wanted to see with her own eyes if Sasuke was really a evil-bitch. and... I gotta say it... he is. *cries*

you're right!! konaha has no hokage... i think the authors will jsut "wake" tsunade up because all these hokages are starting to become a bit overwhelming.

But i guess it would be cool to see kakashi becoming hokage, but then the bloodline would be broken by him. Then again Danzo was technically hokage, so he broke the blood line. Maybe Danzo and the next Hokage would be "substitute hokages"?

Sticking to this blood line topic, the next hokage might be naruto. It would be very interesting to see Naruto become Hokage before the story actually ends. This i imagine would shock lots of people. But naruto did defeat pein, and saved tsunade, passed the sannins, and his dad the fourth.

Naruto can't be Hokage yet. I base this on the argument I used for Kakashi. A Hokage can't leave the village so freely. I agree with you on Tsunade waking up.
