[Plutie]

Headphones and Earphones are both gizmoes that interest me. I love music, movies and anime so therefore.. i gotta love acoustics.

This is the thread where you share your equipment, i wont go all nerdy showing my cables (lol) so go ahead and post your speakers and headphones.

Anyways, here are mine followed by a short review.

Panasonic RP-HTX7 Retro



These headphones feels awesomely retro but the sound is on it's peak of delicious hi-fi sauce.
I use them when im laying down or chilling, these are only for music purposes. Studio headphones guranteed.

Pros: Great bass, Comfty, Long cord, Retro look

Cons: Not 100% build quality here (japanese)

Sennheiser HDR 130 Wireless



This is my best friend, when quiet environments are necessary and you still want to dance around like crazy or watch a loud movie from your sofa.. this is your 1# choice. Why? the headphones are wireless! You get a nice little docking station to load em and they got plenty of battery time and 40+ meter radius.
Also very crisp and deep movie sound!

Pros: Comfty, Wireless, Docking station, Easy-Access buttons (volume, power and surround)

Cons: You might find it easy to accidentally lower the volume, ugly, big

Argon EP4003 IN-EAR



Ok these are the kings of earphones, Swedish-made awesomeness.
Great sound, awesome comfort and the deepest sound you have ever come across. Superior sound quality to every earphone i have tried.

Pros: Extended bass response, high user comfort, awesome sound

Cons: Little too big for all situations! Not that stylish

Sennheiser CX300-2 Precision



These are probably the earphones i've used the most of the bunch, these are great when out walking, working our or training. One side has a longer cord that enables the possibility to listen to one earphone only without the other one pulling it out. These does not have as much bass as the Argon ones though but the treble makes up for it.

Pros: Stylish, Comfty, Extra long cord on one side, great sound

Cons: Not 100% awesome

I really have no headphones or earphones to write home about, but all of the sound canceling earphones I've had only worked well for a year. Why? I used to sleep with my earphones on. Yeah. I can't sleep and listen to music anymore but when I did, I always managed to screw up or somehow rip off one of earphone speakers. I did this to two pairs.

Lastly, how much did you pay for each pair?

Well, theyre all in the 70-130$ price range over here. But it's definitely worth it. Both build and sound quality really reflects upon how much your willin' to pay. If i compare my current ones against the creative, koss, skullcandy, WESC ones i've had... these are so much better. And i don't have to buy new ones every month due to them breaking.

Like 2 people know I like anime and manga, one is my brother, so I'm in a similar situation. Actually not similar, it's exactly the same.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it but a lot of my friends HATE it so I keep it on the DL.

Yeah, exactly. Im not hiding it or anything, if anyone were to ask i would tell em'. But they havent.

Anyhow, my secret of being a HUGE anime Otaku and that i've wasted like 9 years watching that shiat will stay in my mind.

Exactly, I might not say EXACTLY how much I watch haha, but I wouldn't lie and say I don't enjoy it. It's a bit clichéd but you shouldn't hide who you are. (I picture an old Chinese man when I wrote that haha)
