I'm from Italy and maybe I don't get the pun: HorribleSubs means that they do not sub?
If it isn't the language, it's me! It would be more reassuring.

That's odd.. 168 should be available with subs posted on the homepage.
What codecs and player are you using? Do you get this problem if you download an earlier episode?
Maybe your talking about 169 though, if so.. subs are now up low quality.
